Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on vip4d. This requirement applies without exception. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of sign-up and will remain of legal age throughout your use of the platform.

2.2 Residency. vip4d's services are directed primarily at users residing in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction. vip4d makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside its primary market.

2.3 Mental Capacity. You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will when placing wagers. vip4d does not accept bets placed by individuals who are intoxicated, coerced, or who lack the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2.4 Excluded Persons. Current and former employees of vip4d, its software providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold active player accounts or claim promotional bonuses.

2.5 Self-Excluded Users. Any User who has voluntarily applied a self-exclusion period through vip4d's Responsible Gaming tools is ineligible to register a new account or access any gaming service during the active exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a secondary account are a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a contact phone number. vip4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any later point.

3.2 One Account Per User. Each individual person may hold only one registered account on vip4d. If vip4d identifies that a User holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts may be merged or permanently closed without prior notice, and any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. vip4d will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login information. You agree to notify vip4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.

3.4 Account Currency. All accounts on vip4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is performed — all deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are transacted in IDR at all times.

4.1 Verification Obligation. vip4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify the identity and age of all registered users. KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal request and may be triggered at any time at vip4d's discretion.

4.2 Required Documents. vip4d may request the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• A selfie photograph of the User holding the submitted ID document.
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the account details page).
• Source of funds documentation where the cumulative deposit value exceeds thresholds set by vip4d's internal compliance team.

4.3 Withdrawal Hold. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is completed will be placed on hold. vip4d will process the withdrawal within the stated timeframe once all required documents have been reviewed and approved.

4.4 Failed Verification. Where a User is unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification, vip4d reserves the right to suspend the account and return the deposited balance (net of any settled wagers) via the original payment method, less any applicable fees.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. vip4d accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in IDR:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the account.

5.3 Deposit Processing Time. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your vip4d balance within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits are generally instant. vip4d is not responsible for delays attributable to the User's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.4 Withdrawal Requirements. To submit a withdrawal request, the following conditions must all be met:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not include unsatisfied Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements.
• The destination bank account or e-wallet must be registered under the same legal name as your vip4d account.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. vip4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for verified accounts during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours or during Indonesian bank system maintenance windows may take up to 24 hours. vip4d is not liable for delays caused by the recipient bank's internal processing times.

5.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from and withdrawals to accounts not registered in the User's own name are strictly prohibited. vip4d will return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and may suspend the associated vip4d account pending investigation.

5.7 No Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Only real-money winnings derived from completed wagering of Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any maximum cashout limits stated in the specific promotion's terms.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by vip4d are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's individual terms take precedence for that specific offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus offers carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period will be stated on each promotion's dedicated page. As a general rule:

• Slot games (from Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming) typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute 10%–20%.
• Sports betting markets contribute 100% for single and accumulator bets with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection.
• Togel number-lottery bets and crash games (e.g., Aviator by Spribe) contribute at rates specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. vip4d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include but are not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive duplicate bonuses; using low-variance game strategies solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinated play between accounts; and using bonuses in combination with hedging strategies. Where abuse is detected, vip4d reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

6.4 Promotional Modifications. vip4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, including before its stated end date, where operational, regulatory, or fraud-prevention considerations require it. Affected Users will be notified via their registered email address where practical.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. A wager is considered accepted only when vip4d's system issues a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets placed during system downtime, network errors, or periods of force majeure may be voided at vip4d's discretion, and the stake returned to the User's account.

7.2 Pricing Errors. In the event that a market price, odds value, or togel payout coefficient is published in error — whether due to human error, data feed failure, or system malfunction — vip4d reserves the right to void any bets accepted at the erroneous price and refund stakes. vip4d will not be obligated to honour prices that are manifestly incorrect.

7.3 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets close automatically at event checkpoints determined by vip4d's trading team. Bets submitted at the moment a market is suspended are not guaranteed acceptance. All in-play settlement decisions are based on official result feeds from the relevant governing body (FIFA, PT Liga Indonesia Baru for BRI Liga 1, etc.).

7.4 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to apply. Where one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided (e.g., due to a postponed match), the void leg is removed and the parlay recalculated at the remaining odds. Minimum and maximum payout limits per mix parlay ticket apply as stated in the sportsbook rules.

7.5 Result Disputes. Settlement of all markets is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. Unofficial scores, social media reports, or television broadcasts are not used as settlement sources. Disputes regarding result settlement must be raised with vip4d support within 72 hours of the event's conclusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip4d platform. Engaging in any of the activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or sporting event results, including match-fixing.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing discrepancies in a deliberate or systematic manner.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including use of stolen card details or bank credentials.
• Money laundering or using vip4d in any way connected with the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to obtain promotional bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity documents during the KYC process.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing vip4d staff or other Users through any communication channel.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the vip4d platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, user interface designs, software code, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of vip4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 Limited Licence. vip4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Game content supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Use of such content is governed by each studio's end-user licence terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. Gambling involves financial risk. vip4d does not guarantee that any User will achieve a profit or recover any amount wagered. Past results are not indicative of future outcomes, and no betting system or strategy eliminates the inherent risk of loss.

10.2 Service Availability. vip4d does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond vip4d's control may result in temporary unavailability. vip4d will not be liable for losses arising from periods of planned or unplanned downtime.

10.3 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip4d's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. vip4d shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not vip4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. Users may request account closure at any time by contacting vip4d support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unsatisfied Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC requirements are met.

11.2 Suspension by vip4d. vip4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct.
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• User request for responsible gaming self-exclusion.

11.3 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. vip4d will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy charge. Where a dormant balance falls below Rp 10.000, vip4d may close the account and absorb the remaining balance.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data by vip4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an account on vip4d, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. vip4d processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and does not sell or share personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators serving the Indonesian market. vip4d operates under an international gaming licence and maintains compliance with the anti-money laundering and responsible gaming frameworks applicable under that licence jurisdiction.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the vip4d platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting vip4d's customer support team at [email protected]. vip4d targets an initial response to formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution mechanism of the applicable licensing authority.

13.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the binding force of the English-language version, which shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

14.1 Right to Amend. vip4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the vip4d platform. Where an amendment materially affects User rights or obligations, vip4d will provide advance notice via the registered email address where practicable.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the vip4d platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1.

14.3 Version History. The current effective date of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this page. Previous versions may be requested from the vip4d support team for reference purposes.
